  1. Not a bad list all though you missed many fruits and veggies that have huge health benefits. For instance you should have superfood section to this list. A couple would be Hemp Seeds and Goji Berries.

  2. Chinese medicine is great, but it's built upon what they had available when these techniques were developed, which only encompassed a small part of the world. Now we have such a wonderful opportunity to explore even more naturopath options.
